s outlook web access webmail

I am using Vista CPP - and when I try to access Outlook web access - I get a red "x" when I try to respond to messages - There's no problem reading messages.... Any ideas? Thanks

until your IT installs a compat patch on Exchange, check the Basic mode. I hate the reduced functionality myself, but it is a work around.
